Ruby and her team has been amazing during my first purchase of a home. I spoke with many broker and narrowed my decision down to Ruby and another Broker. I did decided to work with another broker initially and Ruby kept in touch to provide her current rates and answered any questions whenever she checked in. She was not pushy ever, all she did was provide answers and information. The broker I had chosen to go with initially submitted my mortgage but it was denied. Ruby took my panic call and helped by fixing some issues in my paper work and got me approved for a mortgage with a lower interest rate then the other broker within a few days.
